Complete 85 HP Interceptor vintage marine engine. 6 cylinder,including all accessories and wiring. Likely could use carb cleaned, etc but owner claims the engine was rebuilt in 2012. I cannot verify but it is certainly in great condition and clean for the age. Perfect for any vintage restoration project. or just a great conversation piece. BMW to offer four-cylinder diesels in North America to improve fuel efficiency
Mon, 23 Nov 2009BMW will offer four-cylinder diesel engines in North America as it seeks to improve fuel efficiency and match the performance of its current six-cylinder gasoline engines. BMW is considering diesels in a range of models, including its 1 series, 3 series and 5 series sedans and possibly the X3 crossover and Z4 roadster, said Tom Baloga, vice president of engineering for BMW of North America. "You're going to see it in the 3 series, and the 5 series is a good possibility," Baloga said.

It’s one of those weekends where Royal stories will abound, so it made a bit of sense – to us at least – to make mention of the Royal and London connections in the upcoming Disney Pixar sequel – CARS 2. Topically – there’s a surprise – we have a Prince Wheeliam, which appears to be Bentley Continental GT-esque (who decided that, we wonder?) and The Queen seems to be a regal Rolls Phantom with a Crown on her roof.

It’s a mid-engined two-seater in the mould of the Porsche Carrera GT – a landmark supercar to showcase Porsche’s technical nous. Michael Macht, president and chief executive officer of Porsche, unveiled the 918 Spyder in Switzerland, and intriguingly proclaimed that Porsche has never shown a concept car that it hasn’t put into production… Porsche’s official press release was light on the details, but after the unveil Porsche’s R&D chief Wolfgang Durheimer talked CAR around the 918 Spyder and revealed some eye-popping figures for this part-electric hybrid supercar which weighs in at 'less than 1490kg'.
