There may be a delay in shipping this item. I’ve simply run out of room in my garage here at home. This item is stored in my warehouse. Due to my current work schedule I can only get there on the weekends. Ford to slash price of Focus Electric by $4,000 for 2014
Mon, 15 Jul 2013Ford will be reducing the price of its Ford Focus electric by $4,000 for the 2014 model year, InsideEVs.com is reporting. The 10 percent price cut will lower the starting MSRP from $39,995 (including a $795 destination charge) down to $35,995. This move by Ford is seen as an attempt to keep the electric car competitive since its release back in 2011.

The consensus was, “Since the electric motors in the mirrors are already there, and the computers know the car's set to back up, it's only a line of code. A very expensive line of code.” The European Union seems to be thinking along the same lines.
