1. Sold As-Is

·          If an item is sold as-Is, then there will be No Refunds for any reason whatsoever. You should keep this in mind while bidding and bid as if this item is in the worst condition possible.

2. Sold With Warranty

·          If an item is sold with warranty, then we will provide a 30-day warranty unless indicated otherwise. Errors on behalf of the buyer due to misconfiguration of their item will not be honored.

·          All products are guaranteed to be in working condition at the time of arrival unless the item is sold "As-Is".

·          Any caveats, missing features, or damage mentioned in the auction listing is not to be considered covered under warranty.

·          Buyer must notify seller within seven (7) days (including weekends and holidays) of receipt of the item if the item is received in non-working condition.

·          Warranty DOES NOT cover external removable parts, such as caps, screws, sensors, etc.

·          Buyer will be responsible for shipping cost in BOTH WAYS.

 

Return Policy

·          Any item returned for warranty must be returned in the same condition it was received.

·          A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained and returned with the item (it will be supplied after email request). All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.

·          We reserve the right to repair or replace the item or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

·          If the item was damaged during shipping, all packaging material and the original box of the item was shipped in must be saved for UPS or USPS to pickup, along with the damaged item.

·          Failure to provide everything necessary for us to file a claim to UPS or USPS may also void your warranty.

·          Damage claims can take up to 6 - 8 weeks.

·          All returns subject to 20% restocking fee.

·          Buyer will be responsible for shipping cost in BOTH WAYS.

 

Payment Options

·          We accept PayPal and major credit cards.

·          CA bidders need to pay 8.5% sales tax.

·          If payment for this auction is not received via an accepted method within seven (7) days from the close of the auction, a Non Paying Bidder Alert will be filed with eBay. The Nissan Leaf goes on sale in the UK in September We recently reported that the Nissan Leaf has exceeded all expectations after going on sale in Japan and the US, managing to acquire 19,000 orders in the briefest of time – twice the planned annual rate of production. We half expected that news – great though it is for Nissan – to delay the launch of the Nissan Leaf in Europe. After all, if you’ve already taken orders for twice as many cars as you can produce in the first year you’d think you’d get production ramped up before you start taking more orders.

Hyundai’s new test centre at the Nurburgring If anyone had said, just a few years ago, that Hyundai would develop a test centre at the Nurburgring to help shake-down their cars, they’d have been laughed at. But Hyundai – and Kia – have come so far in recent years that it makes absolute sense for them to develop a full-time testing facility at the Nurburgring to test their cars for the road, along with just about every other car maker of note. James May may object to the Nurburgring factor in the suspension set-ups of many road cars (and we do have some sympathy for his point of view), but the sometimes extreme nature of the Nurburgring’s surfaces – and its endless twists and turns, uphill and down – do offer car makers an easily accessible place to test cars in the (almost) real world.
