Lexus CT 200h F Sport revealed
Sun, 17 Oct 2010Lexus CT 200h F-Sport - almost as sport as the LFA in the background Just as we’re getting used to the idea that the Lexus CT 200h might not be quite as bad as we thought – although we are still appalled by the ‘eggs in a basket’ mentality of offering just a hybrid – along comes a model that shouts oxymoron – the Lexus CT 200h F Sport. In an effort to appeal to those who want make a ‘Sporty’ statement, Lexus has decided that there should be an F Sport version of the hybrid-only CT 200h. Lexus are keen to point out that the CT 200h F Sport “…receives a number of visual and performance enhancements in keeping with Lexus’ F Sport model line-up”.
Datsun Go (2014)
Mon, 15 Jul 2013Datsun has unveiled its new Go ahead of its release in India early next year. Designed at Nissan's global Design Center in Atsugi, Japan, the Go is the first model to be produced since Datsun's revival as a low-cost brand. The five-door hatchback is expected to be "a category up" in its price range of below INR 400,000 (around $6,700).
Concept Car of the Week: Mitsubishi HSR (1987)
Fri, 08 Nov 2013In 1987, Mitsubishi initiated a range of concept cars called HSR (High Speed Research) with the intention of creating a futuristic vision for the brand combining advanced technology, efficient power and aerodynamic design. The first concept car was designed for safely cruising on the motorway at very high speed, thanks to cutting edge electronics. The car's internal computers measured speed, weather, driver input and grip, and adjusted the 4-wheel drive system and the 4-wheel steering automatically.
