This is an OEM Rubber lot for the seat and one grommet for the gas tank off of a Honda TRX250R.  This is used, but worked good for me and comes with everything pictured. Please refer to pictures, as you can see there is normal wear. This will fit many years/models but check with your dealer/parts microfische to verify.  Don't like the price, make an offer!
