HIGH REV INJECTORS

This ad is for 4-Hole design injectors

Full Set of 4 injectors

By upgrading your injectors you get

1.Gains in horse power

2.More torque

3.Greater throttle response and greater fuel efficiency!

Every set is flow matched within 1% variance!

Flow matching them within 1% variance will ensure that equal fuel distribution goes to all cylinders. Most vehicles only have one oxygen sensor for four cylinders. Due to this the computer cant detect individual cylinders that are leaner or richer than the others.

With that being said, under heavy load or high speeds, if one injector that’s  leaking causes the whole side of the motor to appear too rich, the computer will try to lean out that entire side to fix the issue, resulting in three of the cylinders running too lean and one that’s still rich due to one leaking fuel injector. That can be really damaging to the life of the motor.

However by ensuring equal flow to all the cylinders by getting flow matched injectors helps increase the life of your motor especially if your going to race or go off roading.

Refurbishing steps!

Each fuel injector is washed and checked over for any damage to the body and connectors.

Each fuel injector is then put into a ultra-sonic cleaner that breaks down any deposits that have formed inside that could cause it to stay stuck open or make it leak.

Than the fuel injectors get reverse flushed with the filters out to take out any deposits that it may have inside.

Every fuel injector is then put in the flow bench to ensure proper flow at static and at different various speeds to make sure they work right.

Every fuel injector is also checked to see if it leaks under high pressure.

Every fuel fuel injector is then put into 1% variance groups based on the flowing measurements.

Every fuel injector gets new o-rings, filters, spacers (If design 2) and pintle caps.

Fiat 500L (2012) first official pictures

Fiat will show its new addition to the 500 range at the 2012 Geneva motor show: the new 500L mini MPV. It's designed to squeeze MPV practicality into the footprint of a B-segment city car – with a sprinkling of SUV style raised ride height. Turin says the 'L' badge stands for large.

Fiat demonstrates (for us prudes) how to sell cars, the Italian way

Thu, 06 Dec 2012

Italians are nothing if not imbued with salaciousness. At the Los Angeles Auto Show last week, Fiat leapt upon this fact with a seemingly undiscovered gusto, like a high-school kid who just had his first beer and is—as we speak—rushing to his friends to tell them all about it. You can watch the thing here in its entirety.
