This is a rebuilt black tilt steering column with delay wipers for Jeep Wrangler's 87-95. Great condition. Column has been totally dismantled, fully inspected, properly cleaned, painted and rebuilt. I've been rebuilding columns for many years and have done thousands. I'm not saying i'm the best, but I haven't seen anybody better. Key cylinder installs in a few seconds without tools. I don't include the cylinder so the buyer can choose their style which is chrome (87-90) or black (91-95). I guarantee all parts I sell. Levers are removed for shipping.
