This is a gm factory original part assembly removed from a 1991 chevy truck. It fits gm full size trucks 88-98 and suv's 92-98,both up to 2000 with the earlier body style. It mounts on the passenger side fire wall under the hood. GM used a couple different style/shaped tanks,this is the shorter one that comes out from the firewall about 7". It's in great used condition. It's perfectly in tact with no cracks or breaks. It comes as shown with the cap,dump hose,and hose that runs up to the radiator. It's very clean and ready to use.
