This is a gm factory original part removed from a 1993 truck. It will fit gm full size trucks 88-94 and suv's 92-94. This is the panel that goes under the steering column on the bottom of the dash. This one is for vehicles that do not have a/c but have the the 2 fresh air vents, the levers/actuators go in this panel. It's in great used condition. One of the screw holes at the bottom has a couple cracks but there is nothing broken or missing on this panel. As shown in the pictures, all the tabs that hold the actuators in and the two top tabs are there and in tact. The color is GRAY. Check my feedback to buy with confidence.

Hankook tire exec calls for global campaign to point out dangers of low tire pressure

Thu, 23 Sep 2010

Anyone driving a car today has certainly heard about the dangers of drinking and driving, and the use of a cell phone and texting while driving. Seung Hwa Suh, vice chairman and CEO of Hankook tires, is hoping more drivers will pay attention to the dangers of low tire pressure and driving. At The Tire Society's 29th Annual Meeting and Conference on Tire Science and Technology, Suh proposed that all tire manufacturers "jointly develop a global campaign for educating consumers about air pressure and the overwhelming benefits that we can all enjoy if we simply maintain proper inflation," he said.

Art Center BMW/Exa project

Fri, 15 Feb 2008

There's a new sponsored project that is just getting under way at Art Center College of Design, the likes of which hasn't been seen in a very long time - if at all. The school's Transportation Design department has helped bring together BMW with Exa Corporation, a Boston-based virtual aerodynamic simulation company, and has tasked the students to re-design the current BMW X5 Sports Activity Vehicle with the hope of dramatically increasing its aerodynamic efficiency while still retaining the BMW flagship SAV design language. This brief is quite timely in the context of the industry's ongoing focus with sustainability and strikes at the core of the BMW Group's long term energy strategy known as the concept of Efficient Dynamics.

Changan CS35

Mon, 21 May 2012

Changan CS35 unveiled its first compact urban SUV concept at the recent Beijing auto show, designed at the company's European Design Center under Luciano D'Ambrosio. The CS35's horizontal grille with its Changan logo is similar in style to the Changan Yidong, while its side features a diving waistline and four prominent wheel arches reminiscent of the Ford Kuga. The C-pillar design is distinctive with its graphic split from the roof and the use of the brand's logo as a decorative feature.
