Aston Martin V8 Vantage N420 launches

Tue, 06 Jul 2010

The Aston Martin V8 Vantage N420 hits the roads next month The only surprise about the new Aston Martin V8 Vantage N420 is that Aston Martin has chosen to reveal it today rather than this last weekend at Goodwood. But at least  it gives us some supercar news even though Goodwood is over for another year. If you remember the last stripped down, lightened and ‘Superleggera-fied’ Aston Martin Vantage – the V8 Vantage N400 – you’re not going to be struggling too much to work out what’s on offer with the Aston Martin V8 Vantage N420.

New SEAT Leon SC (2013) revealed

Tue, 12 Feb 2013

The new SEAT Leon SC – the 3-door sibling to the Leon – has been revealed ahead of a debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show in March. The new SEAT Leon SC is actually a different car from the windscreen on back, with a more steeply raked front and back screens, just the two (longer) and a shorter wheelbase – by 35mm. So although at first glance the Leon SC looks like it’s just lost a pair of doors, the job is more thorough.

The Chevrolet Orlando MPV (left) seems a bit bland after the concept (right) Chevrolet first penned the idea of the Chevrolet Orlando with a concept in 2008 (which you can see on the right in the picture above). That has now turned in to the production Orlando which will debut at the Paris Motor Show in October, but it does seem to have lost something in the process of going from concept to production. Quelle surprise (well, it is the Paris Motor Show).
