John Barrowman on Fifth Gear – the update
Mon, 20 Jul 2009Captain Jack comes a cropper our driving with Fifth Gear It appears – according to News of the World – that Barrowman got a little enthusiastic and came a cropper when his ambition exceeded his skill. BMW Individual program extends to 4-series Coupe and Convertible
Mon, 03 Feb 2014Not that long ago BMW Individual was a little-known client program that offered unique materials and equipment to customer specification. While this may sound like a secret menu with an expanded list of interior options, in reality BMW Individual offered just about anything that buyers of Bentley or Rolls-Royce cars could specify. Europe's Car of the Year 2011 shortlist announced
Tue, 02 Nov 2010The 41 contenders for Europe's 2011 Car of the Year trophy have been whittled down to the final seven as the European CoTY shortlist is announced today. The winner will be voted for by 59 of Europe's most influential motoring journalists, including two CAR writers: editor Phil McNamara and European editor Georg Kacher. The 2010 winner - by just 10 points ahead of the Toyota iQ - was the Volkswagen Polo. Like the Eurovision Song Contest, Car of the Year has proved controversial in the past with accusations of block-voting and blind patriotism, yet the award remains one of the most prestigious in the motor industry.
