2014 Mitsubishi Outlander official safety car for Pikes Peak

Mitsubishi hit our radar on Tuesday for the first time in a long time. The 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander crossover will be the official safety vehicle for the 91st running of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb on June 30. The Outlander will join two Mitsubishi race cars as they attack the 12.4-mile course.

After the overwhelming success of its European and North American interactive design competitions, GM and Car Design News are excited to announce the launch of their first competition exclusively for the Chinese market, the CDN–GM/PATAC Interactive Design Competition China. According to Bryan Nesbitt, Vice President of Design at GM International Operations, "We are excited about the potential regarding a China-dedicated competition. Alfa Romeo has released a teaser / promo video for the Alfa Romeo Giulietta (below) After all the messing around trying to decide what to call the Alfa 147 replacement, Alfa Romeo finally decided it was to be the Alfa Romeo Giulietta. Having made that decision – and released a few photos of the Giulietta last month – Alfa has decided to ramp up the interest in their new baby ahead of the debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March. So we get a teaser promo video.
