90-95 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Convertible Rear Quarter Window Seals Pair Trim on 2040-parts.com
Midland City, Alabama, United States
You're looking at a set of Window
Weatherstrip Seal Sweeps to use as a suitable replacement for the Rear
Exterior Side Quarter Windows on Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Convertibles from
1990 90, 1991 91, 1992 92, 1993 93, 1994 94, and 1995 95. These are not
an exact match of the OEM seals, but are the best option available
since the OEM seals are no longer made or available (unless you come
across a pair of NOS seals and are willing to pay upwards of $500! Speaking of, I do have an OEM set available in a different auction.).
These window seals are from a 1993 Chevrolet Camaro. In VERY GOOD used shape! Both are soft and pliable with no cracks or
dryness or major blemishes of any kind. They have been cleaned and then protected
with a quality vinyl and rubber protectant. The fuzzy strips are very good. Check out all the
pics I put on here. You'll have one seal for each side of your
car...and I doubt anyone will notice these aren't OEM! You can see in
the pics the similarity between these seals and the OEM one on my '92
Cutlass Convertible, with the last picture showing how this kind of seal looks installed on my passenger side. They have been cut to be just a little longer than
what you'll need. Essentially, just take off your old, cracked and
brittle seals and trim these new pieces to match the old ones, then
drill a couple holes in the base of the seals in the appropriate spots
and attach with new rivets. As a word of caution, be careful when
removing the exterior trim piece that wraps around the side of the car
and covers the base of the seals. There is a screw by the B-pillar,
with two (or three) nuts that are accessible from the trunk compartment. Check out my other auctions for some OEM weatherstrip I have for these cars. Keep the water out! Shipping is at cost via fast USPS Priority Mail. Payment expected via PayPal. Thanks for looking.

Aimed primarily at the US and Chinese love of traditional three box saloons, the booted version of the A3 gets a few tweaks to set it apart from the hatch (apart from the boot) such as more pronounced curves on the side, flared wheel arches, new bonnet contours, new bumper and air intake design, tweaked grill, new lights at the back and a boot spoiler.
Mini at the Salone del Mobile, Milan
Wed, 13 Apr 2011Mini is using this year's Salone del Mobile in Milan to showcase its 'flair for design.' As with previous years, Mini will be using sites at Milan's Università degli Studi and the Triennale Design Museum for its installations that highlight the brand's 'Creative Use of Space' philosophy. The running theme between the two works is the progression of the brand, from its roots, through to the future of mobility. The Università degli Studi instillation is entitled 'Mini Sintesi' and was initiated by Italian design magazine INTERNI under the watchful eye of Gilda Bojardi.
Two LaFerraris test at Fiorano Circuit
Tue, 17 Sep 2013We don't need to say much about this video of two Ferrari LaFerraris testing at the Fiorano Circuit in Italy --caught by spy videographer extraordinaire Marchettino --except for “turn it up to 11.” In fact, we recommend you use a headphone-to-RCA converter and plug it in to the loudest stereo you have. That's the only way you can truly appreciate the Italian-opera wail coming from the 963 hp, 6.3-liter V12 as it boogies around the 1.8-mile, 12-turn test track. Marchettino said the camouflaged car must have a different exhaust because it sounded so much louder.
