Shifts as it should. Prop not included but if I still have it when lower unit is purchased I will leave it on for $15 extra dollars. Skeg is missing a piece but should function fine like it is. I have the missing piece and will include it if you want to have it welded on. As always I recommend a new water pump. Motor was very very clean and looked like it had very few hours on it.
