The item you are viewing is a plug and play fuel pump harness kit. The reason why it is important to use a relay on your fuel pump is to hold the the voltage going to the pump at higher loads. 99.9% of the time your pump can drop 1 or more volts under load causing your fuel pump to not supply the needed fuel to your engine. By using a relay it gets its power directly to the battery that hold its voltage threw out the power band which is from 13.5v to 14.5v. That extra 1.5 to 2.5v can turn your pump from say a 255lph to a 300lph or more. "Nitro came about as my response to the car culture I was exposed to in the small valley town of Boonville, Calif. Instead of 'American Graffiti,' I made 'American Nitro.'" A fitting comparison, in fact, considering Kimberlin later worked for George Lucas at ILM, starting with" Return of the Jedi." Now the movie is being released on DVD for the first time -- beware of bootlegs, warns the website -- and digitally remastered, while retaining the explosive charm and goofy narration of the 1979 original.
Fisker to buy former GM Solstice/Sky plant in Delaware for $18 million
Tue, 27 Oct 2009The old General Motors plant in Delaware that until July cranked out sports cars for Pontiac, Saturn and Opel will be sold and retooled to build plug-in hybrids with UAW workers. Fisker Automotive said Tuesday that it will buy the plant, located in Wilmington, Del., from Motors Liquidation Co.--the old General Motors Corp.--for $18 million. If Fisker's plans come to fruition, production at the plant could start in late 2012.
GM, Chrysler, Nissan launch recalls

Nissan is recalling 605,000 of its cars for issues with the steering column and batteries. Meanwhile, Chrysler is recalling 16,000 Jeep Liberty SUVs that have a faulty windshield-wiper system.
