His low-key performance in qualifying for the Brazilian Grand Prix has probably put the last nail in the coffin of his desire to retain his F1 world champion status. If you’re anything like me after Christmas and New year you won’t even know today’s Sunday, let alone that it’s the last episode of Top Gear.
