Jaguar to be featured at Monterey Motorsports Reunion in August
Tue, 18 Jan 2011Jaguar will take center stage in August as the featured marque at the 2011 Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. Jaguar's long history in competition and design will be highlighted and will include a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Jaguar E-type, the 60th anniversary of Stirling Moss's victory in a Jaguar C-type at Le Mans and Phil Hill's XK120's 1950 win at the inaugural Pebble Beach Road Races. This will be the third time the British car company has been featured in Monterey, in addition to 1976 and 1992.
Jaguar XF 2.2D 163 PS goes on sale
Mon, 16 Jan 2012Jaguar XF 2.2D 163 PS - less powerful XF launched Jaguar has announced a lower powered version of the new XF 2.2 Diesel with 163PS which goes on sale immediately from £29,950. Jaguar finally came clean on its entry-level XF – the Jaguar XF 2.2 diesel – back in March last year, after speculation and denials about a cheaper XF almost since the XF first arrived. But having bitten the bullet on an entry-level XF, Jaguar has now done it in spades by revealing an entry-entry-level XF – the Jaguar XF 2.2D 163PS.
