It comes and Rod Fasterns on the back of it the Lock slides back and forth freely and the leaver has a good spring loaded spring on it, Plastic is good not brittle, the orange on the lock slide is faded some, as seen in the picture, an has a CHROME Handle but it has scratches an lite pitting still very use able .
