This part is a simple and inexpensive way of repairing the regulator by just replacing the broken roller(s). If you have tried to buy them you know the rollers can't be purchased separately from Jeep and the entire regulator is expensive. If you are thinking of  replacing your regulator because of a broken roller then you should consider using this repair kit instead. The repair is not difficult if you follow the instructions. The repair should take you less than an hour.

What This Fixes
This part will repair a broken roller, this auction is not for an entire regulator. Broken plastic rollers are a common Jeep problem, it usually causes the window to fall off track when you try to lower it.

Auction Includes
This auction is for the roller pictured with the hex nut and the correct length screw to fasten it. The other roller pictured is a broken oem roller shown for comparison. See my other auction if you need two rollers. If you need 3 or more contact me for a discounted price.

Instructions
This repair can be done without removing the regulator. The factory roller is riveted to the regulator and rides in a track. You need to grind off or drill out the rivet that holds the factory roller to the regulator. The track that the roller rides in is crimped at the end it needs to be bent open slightly to slide the new roller in. The new roller is then screwed to the regulator where the original equipment roller was riveted. Very detailed instructions with pictures are sent after the auction to the email address your paypal account uses.  If you would like instructions  before bidding please ask.

Chrysler design chief says Trump is full of it

Fri, 02 Nov 2012

Chrysler design chief and SRT boss Ralph Gilles took to Twitter for a strongly worded rebuke of Donald Trump, telling the businessman he was "full of shit." Trump on Thursday repeated an erroneous Mitt Romney campaign claim that Jeep production was moving to China. Trump tweeted: “[President Barack] Obama is a terrible negotiator. He bails out Chrysler and now Chrysler wants to send all Jeep manufacturing to China—and will!” Gilles tweeted back: “You are full of shit!” Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne told employees in an email on Oct.
