Kit has a one year warranty, unfortunately the race shop we have been using for over ten years will not allow us to warranty the turbo as they are custom built,but i am proud to say we have not yet had any problems with any of there work in the pass. The rest of the kit has a full One Year No Hassle Warranty. Manifold,waste gate,b.o.v., all oil lines,down pipe, gaskets all have a one year warranty.

New Greddy Type-FV universal style blow off valve.
The GReddy BOV FV is a new generation of
blow off valve. The unique "Floating Valve" design incorporates a
revised adjustable dual spring system, while maintaining the advantages
of the previous model's push valve structure and silicone diaphragm
control. The improved design makes spring preload setting less dependent
on the idle, while providing better response, increased valve travel,
more air-flow and added resistance to premature valve lift under all
conditions. Also maintained is a slimmer CNC outlet with discharge ports
to draws surrounding air to amplify the blow-off sound. One Year No Hassle Warranty
DOWN-PIPE :
3" all mandrel bend high flow down pipe, engineered to allow max exhaust flow. This in turn adds more torque and horsepower as much as ~10hp, mandrel bend flows as much as 33% faster over a section bent down pipe. In addition down pipe has been fabricated to dump the waste gate back into into the exhaust, which in turn you the owner does not have to hear the extremely load exhaust dump sound when it opens (way to load for me) track racers like this setup as it adds as much as ~50 horse power to your rotory. there is no extra charge for this if you would like this setup. (not at all recommended for street use). Down pipe is tig welded which by far is the highest quality weld, and is also built with heavy duty flange's for maximum durability. This down pipe setup is made to mate up to the stock exhaust and i have not yet seen (in eleven years) it not fit any aftermarket exhaust out there (fits them all). One Year No Hassle Warranty
Note: For you race tuners, as a option on the down pipe. we can add a 2nd bung for those of you who demand it for a wide band (lambda) for $38.00 just please allow us up to 48hrs for this option.
INTAKE AIR FILTER:
Hi flow filter has a concave conical end cap race design which increases the velocity of air intake by 47% percent, better then a comparable size filter, which in turn improves throttle response. Filter design is built to last up to 100k miles and can also add as much as ~7hp on a stock rotory and much more on a race ported tuned rotory.
As I have mentioned before, this kit is a direct bolt-on with only six bolts to install, it really does not get any easier than this. The most important thing in your RX-7 is "BOOST" WHICH = to PSI" and with this kit, you will "always-always" have BOOST, PERIOD, Every Day Every Time you hit the throttle. No more crossing your fingers or hoping if your RX-7 will boost or not. I myself have owned a couple of RX7's in the last decade, so I am a veteran owner and speaking from experience. Going single turbo is the best investment you will ever make for your rx7, like i mention before remember only Two vacuum lines to worry about or three if you add a boost controller. No more taking it to the mechanic shop (mazda dealer) every weekend like before, trust me been there done that and at 500 dollars on average every time i took my inn, it got really expensive really fast for me, so like i mention going single turbo is the best investment you will ever make (99.9% of every one i know that own an rx7 agree).
Also don't spend your hard earned money on "partial kits" like 99.9% of all other single turbo kits, our kits are true direct bolt-on with everything needed for a Turn-Key install right out of the Box. Your Rx-7 will be up and boosting the same day you install it.

Just to give you an ideal USPS has never lost any of our kits in almost ten years. Now, every now and then they sometimes take longer then normal but overall they are a very reliable shipping company. FEDEX and UPS are faster but cost is right as twice as much for the same service so this is why we have always used USPS, so i can keep the price as low as possible for you the customer. If you prefer we send thru Fedex or Ups just let us know. Fee for there faster service is right at 42.00 more (48 lower states) kit will be there within two to six days VS six to nine days with USPS.
We do offer a stock mount all aluminum intercooler which is almost three times more efficient then the stock which in turn can add as much as 20% more hp to your rotory (25-50hp).
