Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster & new Vanquish hit the Nurburgring (video)
Thu, 26 Jul 2012Aston Martin may have already revealed the new Vanquish and the V12 Vanquish Roadster, but they’re still playing at the Nurburgring. For a small company with limited resources, Aston Martin is doing very well on the new model front. First we had the launch of a new car with an old name – the new Aston Martin Vanquish – followed earlier this month by the official reveal of the soft-top V12 Vantage – the Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster.
KTM X-Bow – want a drive?
Sat, 06 Jun 2009KTM X-Bow 'Drive Orange' track days at Brands Hatch and Silverstone KTM is an Austrian Motor Cycle manufacturer which has woken up to the possibilities of making a four-wheeled creation, and has been busy building and refining the X-Bow in collaboration with Dallara and Audi. Featuring a 237bhp, 2.0 litre Audi TFSi unit – and coming in at a bit under £50,000 for the street version – its low weight (790kg) gives it supercar acceleration of around 3.7 second 0-60mph. There is even talk of a 380bhp version, which will put it up there with the Ariel Atom V8 we reported on recently.

The theme is the beginning of an ongoing program to establish automobile design as an integral part of the LA Auto Show. The region, long hailed as a leader of creativity and consumer trends, is home to the world's largest concentration of manufacturer design studios representing automakers from North America, Europe and Asia.
