Mercedes Benz CLK-GTR – the Unique RHD versions

The unique RHD Mercedes Benz CLK-GTR The CLK-GTR is a by-product of Mercedes’ involvement in the FIA GT1 class in the late ’90s. A condition of entry for cars was that road-going versions had to be made, so Mercedes (along with Porsche, who built the even rarer Porsche 911 GT1 to compete in the series) bit the bullet and produced a very limited run of the GTR. Despite a passing resemblance to a CLK, the only parts that were actually CLK were the grill and the dash housing.

VW Beetle Dune concept 2014 revealed in full

As promised last week, Volkswagen has unwrapped a rugged new Beetle Dune concept at the 2014 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit. The 2014 VW Beetle Dune concept is a follow up to the 2000 VW Beetle Dune Concept. Land Rover Raises Evoque’s Game

LAND ROVER is to launch a hot version of its popular Evoque. The Autobiography Dynamic variant will be powered by an uprated version of the firm’s 2.0-litre turbo petrol motor. In 281 horsepower trim, Land Rover claims this go-faster Evoque will hit 60mph from rest in 6.7 and go on to a top speed limited to 140mph.
