700hp ML63 AMG off-roader by Brabus revealed

This in-your-face hunk of high-speed SUV is Brabus’ B63S–700 Widestar, the latest super-powerful conversion from the German Mercedes-Benz tuners. This time the aftermarket fettler has turned its attention to Merc’s already rather powerful ML63 AMG off-roader, adding some fairly garish visual modifications and performing some even crazier tweaks underneath the bonnet ahead of the car’s debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show next month. 2013 VW Beetle Convertible arrives

The new 2013 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible has been revealed ahead of a launch at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November. The new Beetle Convertible is due to bow in at the LA Auto Show in November  but VW obviously decided it was pragmatic to get an early reveal out of the way before the new Bug soft top trickled on to the Interwebs of its own accord. What we get is what we expected (although we did hold out a little hope the new Beetle Cabriolet would look more like the E-Bugster Cabriolet Concept); a convertible version of the 2012 Beetle with a pram style soft top that sits on the boot.

Kia Sportage (2010) first official pictures

These are the first pictures of the new Kia Sportage, the Korean car company's latest compact SUV. It will be unveiled at the 2010 Geneva motor show next month, and UK sales start in the autumn. It’s up against everything from the Nissan Qashqai to the Ford Kuga, and underneath it sits on the same platform as the new Hyundai ix35 – the pair will roll out of the same Slovakian plant.
