Lexus LF-LC Concept – a fresh look ahead of Detroit
Wed, 04 Jan 2012New Lexus LF-LC Concept Photo Lexus has released a couple of new pictures of their LF-LC Coupe Concept ahead of its reveal next week at the Detroit Auto Show. We had a few teases for the Lexus LF-LC Concept last month as Lexus ramped up interest for the Detroit Auto Show, but the teases came to an end after an offical photo of the LF-LC leaked. That predictable escape in to the wild of one of Lexus’ own photos motivated Lexus to reveal an official photo showing the LF-LC in profile.
Lamborghini Murcielago waves good-bye
Fri, 05 Nov 2010It was a fitting farewell to one of the most audacious Lamborghinis ever built. A group of the most iconic V12 cars ever to put rubber to asphalt gathered at the factory in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy, for a special exhibition before escorting the last Murcielago, an LP 670-4 SuperVeloce, out of the Lamborghini Museum in a symbolic last ride. The 350GT was in attendance at the event, as was the futuristic Miura, a Countach and the fire-breathing Diablo, among others.
Jaguar Land Rover Heritage Parade in London for Queen’s Coronation Festival
Mon, 08 Jul 2013Jaguar Land Rover drive their Royal Heritage cars down the Mall to celebrate the Coronation Festival Remarkably, considering 2012 was the 60th anniversary of the Queen coming to the throne and the celebratory events we had, we’ve heard very little about the 60th anniversary of the coronation. In fact, we’ve already passed the diamond anniversary of the Queen’s coronation (on 2nd June) without any huge fanfare but, for some reason, we have a ‘Coronation Festival’ from 11-17th July to celebrate the ‘Best of British’. But it seems Jaguar Land Rover couldn’t wait for the event to start properly, so they’ve jumped the gun and gone parading a selection of Jaguars and Land Rovers with Royal connections round London this weekend.
