I was going to use these heads in my 750il project, however, there was more damage to the engine than blown gaskets, so I purchased a used complete motor.

This is what was done to each head in the remanufacturing process:

1.  Each head was disassembled, cleaned, and pressure tested.

2.  Each valve seat and valve was reground to correct angles and tolerances.

3.  Each head was planed .006".

4.  The heads were re-assembled with new valve guide seals; valve height was checked to be within tolerance.
