Shipping:
All items are shipped no later than the next business day unless otherwise specified. Shipping methods include USPS Priority, First Class and Parcel Post and FedEx Ground for the heavier parts. Please make sure your address is correct in eBay as I cannot ship to you without it. Additional shipping options are available and the buyer needs to contact the seller to make arrangements. I ship worldwide and am happy to get you the part in the most expedited fashion possible. Please note that on rare occasion, the receiving country will hold the package in customs and release it to you on a schedule of the receiving countries making. I have no control over this process and will not be responsible for any packages held in the receiving countries customs for an extended period. For this reason, if you would like your package sooner, I would be happy to ship using Priority or Express shipping options at the buyers expense.

Security:
All items shipped have received a security label which may or may not be obvious. If an item is returned and the security label/mark has been altered in any way a refund will not be issued.  If you attempt to return your old part as the original, a refund will not be issued and eBay will be notified. Unfortunately, these security measures have been taken due to previous customer fraud.

Feedback:
Feedback is an important part of the eBay process and experience. It is critical to me to sell quality parts at a fair price thereby insuring the customer is happy. On occasion mistakes happen and I am always willing to work with the customer whether it is my mistake or yours. Although positive feedback is desired, it is keeping the customer satisfied and happy that defines customer service. Prior to leaving any negative feedback, I would expect my customers to make their best effort in contacting me and remedying any issue or situation that may not be acceptable to them and it is my responsibility to do the same. Not only am I an eBay seller but I am a mechanic myself and appreciate when things go right. As a customer, you can count on me to make your eBay buying experience both pleasant and informative.

Baby Range Rover confirmed in Land Rover shake-up

Thu, 24 Sep 2009

By Phil McNamara Motor Industry 24 September 2009 11:08 The shake up at Jaguar/Land Rover continues, with a consolidation of the brands’ Midlands manufacturing facilities announced alongside plans for more vehicles. The headline news is that Land Rover’s Solihull factory and Jaguar’s Castle Bromwich plant will be amalgamated over the next 10 years. JLR promises there will be no compulsory redundancies, and the industrial logic is compelling: consolidating production of the Range Rover/Discovery and XJ/XK/XF lines will bring around 200,000 vehicles together under one roof – still 100,000 fewer cars than Mini builds a year down in Oxford. The move will reduce JLR’s fixed costs, provide room to grow and give greater flexibility to meet the natural ebb and flow of demand. JLR has also confirmed production of the LRX, the baby Range Rover.

Mazda RX-8 – Just a few left

Fri, 27 Aug 2010

The Mazda RX-8 - fewer than 100 RHD cars left In an email that looked suspiciously like a warning from QVC that their latest pitched offering really is being gobbled up quickly, and you’ll have to pick up the phone NOW to secure their latest life-changing bit of tat, Mazda inform us that stocks of the Mazda RX-8 are down to the last knockings. We reported a bit back that the RX-8 was to make its way to the great scrapyard in the sky, another victim of the increasingly strict Euro emissions regulations - Euro 5 coming in to play in January 2011. So although the RX-8 will continue for now in some parts of the world,  production in Hiroshima has ended for the UK and Europe.

The Maserati GrandTurismo S Automatic unveil at Geneva The Maserati Grand Turismo S is a very under rated car. It has oodles of style and class, and costs far less than its stablemates from Modena. But the perception is still of a slightly odd, and less than reliable, Italian Prima Donna.
