Nissan launches new Note with digital flipbook
Tue, 04 Sep 2012Nissan has developed an inventive way of advertising its new Note hatchback on its Japanese website – using a digital flipbook called ‘Long scroll, Long Drive, Long Life'. The start of the flipbook sees a couple getting into the Note and as you scroll down, the car begins to weave through Tokyo roads, while information at the side of the screen tells you in detail about the car's features and performance. Thu, 20 Jun 2013The McLaren F1 LM Prototype (pictured) will be at the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed This year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed is turning in to a proper treat for McLaren fans. As well as the McLaren P1 making its driving debut at Goodwood this year – and taking on the hillclimb, McLaren is taking a trio of legendary F1 cars to the festival too. On show will be the 1995 Le Mans winning F1 GTR, a car which allowed McLaren to become the first racing team ever to win the Formula 1, Indy 500, Can Am and Le Mans Championships.

It's a compact SUV (what else, these days) that's taller and more stout-looking then the cheeky little C4 Cactus lightweight. Officially a concept car, but looking only a set of numberplates away from showrooms, the C-XR is especially notable for being the first SUV co-developed between Citroen and its Chinese brand partner, Dongfeng motor corp.
