I have sold many of these and usually SHIP THE NEXT DAY after payment is received.  This is a used black center console cup holder from a 1999 Mercury Cougar that should fit the 1999 and 2000 Cougars.  It should fit other models like the Contour and Mystique 95 to 99, but please check your specific application on all those before bidding.   It is in great condition with some light road wear such as a bit of dirt, a minor scuff and or a tiny scratch or two.  It comes with the slide mount which is tight, not sloppy loose, and the cup holder ring works well like it should with good action.   All of the foam finger tabs are intact, but only in avg. shape as they have some wear and it has both small pieces of foam at the bottom.  There are no cracks or holes in the plastic and both mount holes are in great shape.  I cleaned it well, but leave final cleaning to the buyers own satisfaction.  Buyer pays shipping for the continous 48 states, plus AK, HI, and PR.  I have the ability to ship each day, but Sun. and Holidays, thanks.

CPP buys Zagato

Tue, 05 Jul 2011

Ferrari 550 GTZ - built by CPP In a move that seems to have received no coverage whatsoever, our favourite specialist car putter-together – CPP (Coventry Prototype Panels as was) – has quietly bought up Zagato. For those of you who are ‘Vlad Watchers’ this may come as no surprise. It seems that Vladimir Antonov is on a quest to buy up everything interesting there is to buy in the specialist car world (and Portsmouth FC too – no accounting for taste!), which includes funding CPP and its recent acquisitions.

The real Bond car: Aston Martin that inspired 007 for sale

Wed, 21 May 2014

A gadget-packed Aston Martin that’s said to have been the inspiration behind James Bond’s Aston Martin in Goldfinger has been revealed in London prior to going up for auction at Blenheim Palace in July. The 1954 Aston Martin DB2/4 has been expertly restored by its current owners – who actually didn’t know the car could have inspired Fleming until they began restoring it. Years of research – and the nine-month nut and bolt renovation – followed, producing what auctioneers believe is a car that, if the right people are in the auction crowd, could make the owners very rich indeed.

Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer estate (2010) unveiled

Wed, 16 Jun 2010

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 16 June 2010 00:01 Vauxhall has slid the covers off the new Astra Sports Tourer – a mini-me, shrunken Insignia estate for less money. The two share plenty of character and were both penned under GM Europe's design boss, Mark Adams.Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer: the lowdownThe new 2010 Astra estate puts the ultimate accent on cool looks over practicality, and its vital stats suggest it's a bit of a slouch in the sofa-shifting game. The 2685mm wheelbase is identical to the hatchback's, so the boot space stands at 500 litres, only 30 litres more than the hatch with the seats up.FlexFold (optional on lower models) lets you flop each 60:40 split rear seat down at the press of a button; stow all the rear seats flat and boot space soars to a more acceptable 1550 litres.
