New Jaguar XE (Jaguar C-X16) Spy Video
Sun, 28 Aug 2011New Jaguar XE Spy video - or C-X16, if you prefer Will Jaguar’s new small Roadster – which we’re persisting in calling the Jaguar XE – actually turn up at Frankfurt 2011? Yes, but in the guise of what Jaguar are calling the Jaguar C-X16 ‘production concept’. Just check out the plausible body details of the Mini Coupé, which shares much of the design of the existing hatch, convertible and Clubman below the scuttle to keep costs down. The two-seater Mini Coupé Concept, which will be displayed for the first time at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show, represents a dual effort by Mini to tap into the sports car market currently hogged by the Mazda MX-5.
Jaguar's E-Type sculpture unveiled at Goodwood
Thu, 30 Jun 2011As is tradition at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, organizer, Lord March has commissioned a dazzling art piece to dominate the skyline above this year's event. Two years ago, Audi showcased a 1937 Auto Union Streamliner and a R8 V10 as part of its display, whilst last year Alfa Romeo displayed an 8C honouring the brand's centenary. This year it's Jaguar's turn to that take pride of place in front of Goodwood house.
