96 98 Mustang P.i. Conversion Kit Heads Cams Intake Pi Power Improved 99 04 Swap on 2040-parts.com

This is a Performance Improved ( P.I. , PI, Power Improved) conversion kit for non-PI 4.6L Ford mustang GT modular engines. The cylinder heads been inspected for cracks and defects and are in great working condition. These heads were on an engine that was well taken care of and are clean and can be bolted right up. The intake manifold is also in great condition.

This P.I. - conversion kit can give your non-PI Mustang an additional 50+ horsepower due to a raise of the compression ratio around 10.5:1 to 10.7:1, bigger intake and exhaust runner/port volume on the heads, bigger runners on the intake manifold, higher cam duration, rocker ratio, and thicker redesigned valves to improve air velocity. 

Kit includes:
-Ford P.I. Romeo cylinder heads, model number RF 12LE complete with roller rockers, valves, valve springs, stems, retainers, and lifters.
-Ford P.I. camshafts with the preferable bolt on cam gears (saves you a huge hassle if you ever want to upgrade the cams or have adjustable cam gears)
-Ford valve covers
-Ford P.I. intake manifold with the aluminum cross section (not the replacement Dorman brand intake manifold with narrow runners that rob horsepower).
-Alternator bracket
-Hardware to mount the manifold to heads and valve covers to heads
