Euro NCAP gets tough on whiplash

But as we noted then, this was the last bunch of NCAP tests under the existing regulations, and all changes from the New Year. As an introduction to the new tests, NCAP has just released test figures for whiplash testing on a group of 25 cars recently tested, and the results are rather enlightening.

This is Pinifarina's Air Flow, a special helmet created by the famed Italian design house for luxury lid manufacturer Newmax, and the star attraction on its stand at the Milan International Motorcycle Exhibition. Pininfarina is the same company that has penned the Ferrari 458 Italia and Maserati Granturismo. Supreme Court decides police need warrant for GPS trackers

The U.S. Department of Justice just got taken down a peg by the Supreme Court in a victory for privacy advocates. The high court ruled on Monday that a law-enforcement officer affixing a GPS tracker to a person's vehicle without a warrant is in violation of the Fourth Amendment.
