Up for auction is a Brand-NEW tune-up set that will fit 1997-2002 Ford Escort and Mercury Tracer vehicles equipped with the 2.0L SPI (sohc) 4-cylinder engine and perhaps some later model Ford Focus vehciles as well.   Note:  plugs & wires do NOT fit Escort ZX2 - - this engine takes a different set.  Items were purchased new and we no longer have the vehicle it fits.  Wire set is made by Xact, part number 2992 and is comparable to the OEM Motorcraft WR-5719 set boasting brass coil pack terminals, high heat boots for superior insulation and snap-lock terminals to assure a positive connection.  Wires are gray in color with black boots.  You will also receive a brand-new set of Autolite spark plugs (4), part number 5144.  These are OEM quality and have been pre-gapped to exact specifications for your Escort - - just have them installed and enjoy better performance and better fuel economy.   Save BIG and buy online today; expect to pay well over $49 alone for the wire set from many auto parts stores !

Fernando Alonso leads a Ferrari one-two at the Bahrain Grand Prix It looked as if it should have been Red Bull’s weekend. Or at least Sebastian Vettel’s weekend. But in the end the unreliability that seems to have crept in to the Red Bulls stopped them from carrying on where they left off in 2009, despite Vettel leading the first F1 Grand Prix of the season in Bahrain for the majority of the race.

Spyker D8 Peking-Paris Victor Muller is back trying to grab more investors with plans to put the Spyker D8 Peking-Paris in to production. Again. Just when we thought the demise of Saab would see Victor Muller buy a pipe and slippers and retire to Switzerland to contemplate his motoring adventures in to his dotage, CPP goes bust after Vlad the Investor went slightly overdrawn and Victor snatches Spyker back from its UK sojourn as a platform for more grandiose plans.
