Range Rover Evoque gets price drop for 2013

Land Rover has sold more than 6,000 Range Rover Evoque SUVs so far this year, making it the company's second-best seller behind the Range Rover Sport. To keep the momentum going, Land Rover has lowered the base price for the small SUV by about $2,000 for 2013, to $41,995. That's the price for the five-door Pure model, which eliminates the laminated-glass roof in favor of aluminum.

Kia four-door sports sedan concept

Kia isn't giving much away about its Frankfurt-bound concept car, indeed it hasn't even released its name yet, referring to it as the 'four-door sports sedan concept.' The press release talks of it as 'signalling a distinctive new design direction' for the Korean brand, yet the now-familiar 'tiger-nose' grille and Optima-esque A-pillar/cant rail/C-pillar highlight are very much in evidence. "No matter from which perspective you look at it - this concept car is roaring with energy and ready for take-off," says Peter Schreyer, Kia Motors Chief Design Officer."I believe the car is a strong statement from Kia: we are ready to fast forward to an all new chapter." Koenigsegg Agera R - confirmed for Geneva We discovered last month that one of only two Koenigsegg Agera’s so far delivered had been turned in to a Koenigsegg Agera R – with extra horses and extra Koenigesegg goodness – for a member of the Oman Royal Family. After a few phone calls we were also able to exclusively reveal that Christian von Koenigesegg liked what he’d done to the Agera so much, the Koenigsegg Agera R was to be turned in to a production model and would turn up at the Geneva Motor Show. And so it is.
