Warranty exchanges can be made at any Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealer nationwide with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover parts that have been altered. Nor does it cover parts that may be defective due to another part. The warranty also does not cover any modifications, tempering or abuse of any sort.

Our shipping rates are only valid for the 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska, and PR are exempt from our standard shipping rate.

No shipments outside continental U.S.

Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.

Returns: Parts are not returnable if the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, inserted the wrong part number, changed mind after receiving the item or did not provide us with your VIN number. We may under certain circumstances allow a return but a restocking fee of a 20% will apply. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately.
