All international shipping is done trough eBay Global Shipping Program, some countries and items do not qualify for the program so if you click on shipping and payments tab and your country is not listed there then I can not sell the item, all prices for international shipping are set by the program and I can not change them (I can not even change the invoice). For bigger items (usually any side above 12 inches (30cm) that have to go to AK, PR, HI, VI or PO box check with me first if I can ship it and if I can do free shipping. Any special requests like an address change or if you need an invoice please send in message box at check out when paying so I see that I have note in order details and so we do not miss that note (if it is in order details then I can see the message when printing the label, I ask for that because we try to ship items right away and when it gets busy we can not check e-mails very often and we do not want to miss that message). We work hard to ship the package right away, if the payment is done in afternoon then the package will be shipped next morning. If there are any complications we will contact you right away. We only ship on week days and we are closed on weekends so if you buy and item on Friday afternoon or Saturday we will ship it on Monday morning (I usually pack and ship on Friday until 3pm-4pm est until FedEX and USPS pick up, so as many packages as possible leave before weekend). Some Chevrolet dealerships halt Volt sales due to tool costs

Some Chevrolet dealers have stopped carrying the Volt after deciding that their sales didn't justify an additional $5,100 for tools to service the plug-in hybrid. Last month, General Motors notified Chevrolet dealers of the added cost for tools, among other requirements, to keep selling and servicing the Volt. The math didn't work for Allyn Barnard, owner of Jim Barnard Chevrolet in Churchville, N.Y., near Rochester.

White House pushes for Friday deal on fuel-economy regulations

The White House wants to announce as early as Friday that it has reached agreement with most automakers on a plan to raise corporate average fuel economy targets to 54.5 mpg by 2025, manufacturers' representatives said Wednesday. While no automakers have signed on to the Obama administration plan yet, most--including Ford, Toyota, General Motors and Chrysler--are generally supportive and intend to do so, the industry officials said. Each manufacturer is trying to iron out technical issues with the White House before endorsing the proposal.

Penske's plan for Saturn: Sell Samsung vehicles

Entrepreneur Roger Penske wants to use the Saturn dealership network to sell vehicles built by Renault Samsung Motors and imported from South Korea. According to Automotive News, Penske recently met with Renault and Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn in Paris to talk about the plan. Renault owns 80.1 percent of Renault Samsung.
