50 Jaguar E-Types in convoy through London
Mon, 06 Jun 2011The E-Type Convoy through London - in the rain This isn’t the first story we’ve run this year with ’50′ and Jaguar E-Type in the headline, and it’s a safe bet won’t be the last either. Unless you’ve been in Motoring purdah for the whole of 2011, you’ll know that this year is the 50th anniversary of the debut of the Jaguar E-Type at the Geneva Motor Show in 1961, and Jaguar are making the most of the anniversary at every step. But this time it’s not Jaguar who are making the most of the E-Type’s birthday, it’s the organisers of the 2011 Motorexpo in Canary Wharf, who’ve teamed up with the Jaguar’s Driving Club to drive fifty E-Types across London and out to Canary Wharf to kick of this year’s show.
New SEAT Leon SC: Price from £15,370
Tue, 02 Apr 2013The new SEAT Leon SC (3-door), which debuted at the Geneva Motor Show last month, will cost from £15,370 for the S 1.2TSI. Not only is the Leon SC cheaper than the Hatch, SEAT has gone to some trouble to differentiate the two with the SC getting a lower roofline, more steeply raked windscreen and new tailgate, as well as being 35mm shorter. Despite which the Leon SC still has decent leg and head room in the back and a boot that’s as big as the Leon hatch.

Sun, 07 Jan 2007By Tim Pollard Motor Shows 07 January 2007 08:15 Toyota Tundra: the lowdown Big, isn't it? The press conference at Detroit to unveil the new Tundra pick-up was littered with phrases beginning with 'biggest', 'most' and 'heaviest'. Welcome to the US truck market, where the ability to lug, tow and carry are more important than creature comforts or looks.
