I am just a guy trying to make a few dollars more to get by during the hard times, I DO NOT use the Global shipping program nor automated returns as they are very impersonal nor do I have a huge Ebay store. Everything from listing to returns to dealing with buyers is all me..
I will provide the same service to you as I want for myself.

What this means for you is:
  • I live 3 blocks from the post office and make 2 trips daily- the first by 10:00 am est., so the mail catches the first truck out to the sort facility, and again at 4:30 pm est. I go by 11 am Saturdays. Your package goes from me to post office to you, with tracking and insurance.
  • Personal Customer service,  You get to deal with me the seller directly, not some 3rd party company who has no idea what the part is let alone anything else.  I provide 7 day a week service and do answer emails and return calls in a timely manner.
  • I am easy to talk to and always willing to work out an accommodation if extra time is needed to pay. (communication is key)
  • Also I provide my personal phone number to buyers, no hold, no wait time, no 3rd party operator to deal with, if for some reason you have a problem, you will reach me the seller.  (please keep eastern time zone hours in mind if and when you would ever need to call)
  • If its listed I have it. I aint some huge store on here with a warehouse to look thru, This allows me to offer 1 day handling and also get things boxed and shipped the same day in most cases, next morning at latest (excluding Sundays).
  • I do provide a packing slip with payment info along with my info on it for your records and receipt.
NON-PAYMENT ITEMS

Order of events.
  • If you bought an item and no longer want/need it, EMAIL ME i am easy to get along with, we can do a simple cancellation (communication is key), no fuss, no pain, no problems, no worries.
  • After 7 days of non payment or no contact between buyer/seller, I will send another email.
  • 2 to 3 days later if still no payment or contact of any kind- I will open an "unpaid item case against the buyer"  (eBay finally started taking these seriously do to the bad apples in the group) which now gives you a total of 14 days to have emailed me to make arrangements or have paid for the item. That's long enough for anyone. (communication is key).........

Yes, we have little time for electric cars as anything more than urban runarounds for those with enough spare cash to pay through the nose for inferior technology. And it’s becoming clear that the great British car buying public feel much the same.

The electric Tesla Model S – which won’t arrive in the UK until at least late in 2013 – is going up in price in the US and gets a spec change. The Tesla Model S is perhaps, just perhaps, the only really credible electric car so far; a luxury ‘Sports’ saloon car that offers range almost comparable to an ICE car and, it seems, prices that aren’t an awful lot different. That makes it a far more appealing prospect as a replacement for an ICE car than anything we’ve previously seen.
