Up for your consideration is a FACTORY OEM POWER/HEATED DRIVER'S SIDE MIRROR PART # 1405797BK2-A BLACK. THIS WILL FIT A FORD EXPEDITION FROM YEARS 1997-2002. THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THIS MIRROR IS, I was backing out of garage one morning and mirror hit the garage door and it bent it back too far and broke it off. I used a bonding agent to put the mirror back together and all looks GREAT except for directly on the bottom ( see pic 8 ). My wife was fine with it because, honestly, you couldn't really tell it had been messed up or broken ( and no one is going to be looking under your mirror, lol) but as OCD as I am, I had to change it. This may also fit F150's as well I've heard but check with mechanic or dealer first before bidding. The part number is up at the beginning of this listing. GET A FACTORY OEM PART RIGHT HERE A LLLLLLOOOOOOOTTTTTTT CHEAPER THAN YOU WILL PAY AT THE DEALERSHIP.

PAYPAL AND US BIDDERS ONLY PLEASE. I USUALLY SHIP WITHIN 24/48 HOURS OF RECEIVED PAYMENT. PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF AUCTIONS END.

THANK YOU AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION'S, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME.

Brian Wilson to perform at Petersen fundraiser

Wed, 29 Apr 2009

The annual Petersen Automotive Museum's fundraising event on May 7 promises to be fun, fun, fun when Beach Boy Brian Wilson and his band take the stage. The rock-'n'-roll icon is scheduled to play for an hour as part of the museum's largest charity event of the year, proceeds from which benefit the 501(c)(3) institution. The Beach Boys had a lot of car-themed hits, including "409," "Little Deuce Coupe" and "Fun, Fun, Fun." (AutoWeek trivia: The Deuce Coupe featured on the cover of the album of the same name belonged to Clarence "Chili" Catallo, whose son, the successful and powerful advertising executive Curt Catallo, once was a lowly editorial assistant at AutoWeek).

Alpina to debut B6 GT3 race car at Geneva motor show

Fri, 06 Feb 2009

Alpina has been tinkering with BMW vehicles for close to 50 years and has a rich motorsports history that includes campaigns in European touring car, hill climbing, rally and endurance racing that it stepped away from 20 years ago. Now the racing bug has returned to Alpina with the announcement of its entry into the FIA GT3 European championship series. The BMW 6-series based B6 GT3 will have its first public showing at the Geneva motor show in March.

2012 Volvo S60 & XC60 R-Design get more oomph

Thu, 21 Apr 2011

Volvo V60 R-Design - finally, more get up and go We’re quite partial to the Volvo S60 (actually, we’re even more partial to the Volvo V60) and we like how Volvo’s R-Design pack makes a real impact without making the car look like a boy racer’s wet dream. What’s also nice – in this age of parsimony – is that even if you opt for a lowly diesel version you can still have a Volvo that looks like it gets there in a hurry, even if it doesn’t. But our preference is always for a bit more power, especially if all the visual cues make you smile in anticipation, so we have been know to bemoan the lack of any sort of power boost – even as an add-on option – on Volvo’s R-Design cars.
