THIS PASSENGER SIDE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY WAS REMOVED FROM A 1998 LINCOLN MARK VIII. BROW TRIM INCLUDED; CAN BE CHANGED TO MATCH YOUR CAR.  PLEASE NOTE, HID XENON LOW BEAM BULB IS NOT INCLUDED.  LENS IN GOOD CONDITION BUT DOES SHOW HAZE APPROPRIATE FOR AGE; EASY TO RESTORE.  PLEASE NOTE ONE TAB IS BROKEN; BROKEN TAB INCLUDED FOR EASY REPAIR (WILL STILL INSTALL WITHOUT IT).  OTHER TWO TABS SHOW SOME STRESS CRACKS BUT ARE INTACT AND WILL SECURE PROPERLY (SEE PICTURES BELOW).  PRICED ACCORDINGLY THIS ASSEMBLY WOULD MAKE A NICE SERVICEABLE REPLACEMENT!

Hot Wheels and Icon in sandbox battle

As first reported by Jeff Glucker of Hooniverse, the toymaker Mattel has been accused of infringing on a trademark held by the low-volume vehicle builder Icon 4X4. Icon claims that a Hot Wheels toy being distributed worldwide is based on its Icon FJ40—which itself is based on the Toyota FJ40—and that Hot Wheels' use of Icon's design, promotional materials and the name “FJ40” violates trademarks held by Icon. In its response to Tuesday's Hooniverse post, Hot Wheels claimed that the toy is not based on the Icon FJ40, and that it has the right to use the term “FJ40” despite Icon's trademark.

At a glamorous awards ceremony at the Espace Clacquesin in Paris earlier this evening, the world's top designers and automotive journalists gathered together to watch sponsors Peugeot and Volkswagen reveal the 2012 Interior Motives Student Design of the Year: ‘Autopool' by Siavash Jafari Jozani and Mina Kasirifar from the University of Tehran. At the end of what was a memorable event, the two Iranian students walked away with one of the most prestigious accolades in the automotive design industry and a cash prize of $5,000.
