We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of product. Returns must be made within this time and item must include all original bundled accessories it was sent with. Return will only be accepted if a function that was stated to be "tested and working" clearly does not. No guarantees or warranties are made with untested functions of an item.  
If item has visible damage that was not stated in auction or shown in pictures we ask that buyers please pay close attention to damage which may be caused in shipping as we simply can't control how packages are handled once they leave our hands.
