Up for sale is this used OEM Passenger side (Right side) BLACK Door/shell in great condition that came off a 2000 VW Beetle 1.8 Turbo with a little under 45k miles... What you see is what you get, unlike other sellers that DON'T always post photos of the actual item listed... This door is in great condition, NO Dents. The paint still has good shine/gloss after 12 years. It comes with the Wiring Harness and Lock Mechanism.(see photos) Sold as is. Mounting bolts not included. Should fit all Beetles HARDTOP 98-05 but not 100% sure, so always check with a dealer about the part you're looking for before buying since all sales are final. Rare foreign cars head to Carlisle this weekend
Thu, 15 May 2014Every spring, Carlisle, Pa., (otherwise known as the Woodstock of the classic-car hobby, a title it now fully shares with Hershey) hosts a weekend event just for foreign cars. Last year, over 1,000 cars gathered in central Pennsylvania, with rare foreign machinery making its way from all over the lower 50 and parts of Canada. The longest-traveled cars we spotted last year wore British Columbia plates, which should give you a clue as to the event's following, though we're still unsure which cars we spent the longest time gawking at.
