Chevrolet Orlando MPV Paris debut
Thu, 26 Aug 2010The Chevrolet Orlando MPV (left) seems a bit bland after the concept (right) Chevrolet first penned the idea of the Chevrolet Orlando with a concept in 2008 (which you can see on the right in the picture above). That has now turned in to the production Orlando which will debut at the Paris Motor Show in October, but it does seem to have lost something in the process of going from concept to production. Quelle surprise (well, it is the Paris Motor Show).
New Chevrolet Aveo (2011 / 2012) revealed
Wed, 08 Sep 2010The Chevrolet Aveo debuts at Paris It always seems a bit strong proclaiming that a new car has been revealed when we know it’s probably going to be a year before said car hits the showrooms. And so it is with the new Chevrolet Aveo we have here which, despite Chevy saying this is the production car, won’t hit the roads in the UK for a year. That long gestation period could even change the 2011 Chevy Aveo in to the 2012 Chevy Aveo, which considering the ‘Concept’ for the new Chevy Aveo was shown at Detroit in January is one long introduction phase.
Ford dropping Ranger pickup from U.S. lineup after 2011

Ford is consolidating its global pickup truck platforms from three to two with the introduction of an all-new Ranger to be sold outside North America starting next year.
