You are bidding on a used, complete set (front & rear) med gray leather seats removed form various 98-99 Trans Am models. This is the correct med gray color used in 97-99 Firebirds. These are in excellent condition, and have been cleaned. There is almost no wear (pictured). The driver seat has power track w/med gray trim. These fit coupe & convertible models. These are direct fit for 98-99 Trans Am models but will fit any 82-02 with minimal or no modifications (82-92 with split upper rear seat need to remove seat pin on tunnel). Thu, 23 Dec 2010Aston Martin DB9 Special Editions - choice of three 2010 has been a busy year for Aston Martin, what with the final arrival of the much anticipated Aston Martin Rapide, the confirmation of the much less anticipated Aston Martin Cygnet and the Aston Martin One-77 rolling out to customers (just about). There have also been plenty of ‘Special Editions’ to keep the tills jingling, from the Dr Bez Special Aston Martin DBS UB to the V8 Vantage N420. Oh, and let’s not forget that one Limited Edition became a regular Aston Martin model – the Aston Martin V12 Vantage.
Maybach coupe set for limited production
Fri, 21 May 2010German-based engineering specialist Xenatec has announced plans for an exclusive new Maybach coupe to rival the Bentley Brooklands and the Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe. The new two-door, which will ride on the same underpinnings and draw power from the same engine as the Maybach 57S, is planned to be built in a limited run of 100 cars at the company’s workshop in Weinsberg, Germany, all with the blessing of Maybach parent company, Daimler. Daimler has carefully followed the car’s development and will supply built-up 57S chassis from its nearby Sindelfingen-based manufacturing headquarters.
IIHS names safest cars for 2013
Wed, 02 Jan 2013The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety has named the safest cars for 2013, including 13 midsize sedans that qualify for a new “top safety pick+” designation. The designation is given to vehicles that earn “good” ratings for occupant protection in at least four of five tests, with no less than “acceptable” in the fifth test. A new test -- the small overlap test -- was added to assess how the vehicles perform during a front-corner collision with another vehicle or object, such as a utility pole.
