99 00 01 02 03 RX300 HIGHLANDER 3.0L FWD 1MZFE DOHC 24 VALVE OEM INTAKE MANIFOLD NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. ENGINE HAS 3 MONTH WARRANTY

All engines DO NOT include starter, alternator, steering pump, turbo or supercharger, A/C compressor, plastic engine covers, ECU, coil pack, distributor or throttle bodies. All engines are sold as a long block, all other included components are considered convenience items and are not covered by our warranty. Most engines will include the intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, fuel system, harness, and sensors but it will be noted on the listing if any are included. These items are not guaranteed or covered under our guarantee. You should expect to use your existing intake manifold(s), exhaust manifold(s), sensors, and harness to eliminate complications when installing a used engine. Changing the timing belt is recommended on engines with a belt. The timing belt is a maintenance item. If the timing belt is not changed and you have an issue related to the timing belt we will not be able to warranty the engine. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items. WARRANTY PERIOD BEGINS ON THE DAY THE PART IS DELIVERED. WARRANTY IS FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE PART ONLY AND DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY TOWING, LABOR, FLUIDS, SEALS OR GASKETS. ALL PARTS MUST BE INSTALLED TO MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS BY AN ASE CERTIFIED MECHANIC. FAILURE TO INSTALL PARTS PROPERLY WILL VOID ALL WARRANTIES. YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTATION REGARDING THE INSTALLATION TO SUPPORT A WARRANTY CLAIM. All freight shipments must be inspected upon delivery. The Delivery driver will have paper work for you to sign, DO NOT sign if there is any damage to the item as a result of shipping. If you sign, we will not be able to process a damage claim for the item. Signing the freight paper work means you assume liability for any shipping damage. We will not take any returns for damaged freight if you sign the freight paper work on an item damaged from shipping.
