FACEPLATE, BUTTONS AND DISPLAY ARE ALL IN GOOD USED CONDITION AS PICTURED. NIGHTIME ILLUMINATION IS NOT PERFECT AS 2 BULBS APPEAR TO BE OUT (SEE PICS BELOW). DISPLAY LIGHTS UP BRIGHT AND EVEN. OVERALL THIS UNIT WOULD MAKE A GOOD USED OEM REPLACEMENT.

If a part has a problem within the specified return period we will either replace the item if available or provide you with a full refund including initial shipping charges.  Please understand that before we can process an exchange or refund, we must ask you to provide us with a detailed description of the problem.  Doing this gives us an opportunity to troubleshoot the situation to best serve you during this process.  We know that diagnosing your vehicles issues can be challenging and errors may occur with fitment.  When they do, we will work with you, however, there will be a nominal restocking fee involved when you have purchased the incorrect item for your application.  Unfortunately, vehicle safety equipment (like seatbelts and airbags) are not eligible for returns, sorry!
