Issue:

Both driver and passenger sides have minor scratches and scuff marks on lens. Light have been tested, and are in working condition. Both driver and passenger side lens have signs of condensation on the inside, indicating the seal may be broken, and water may be leaking inside. Both driver and passenger side wires show signs of attempted wire cutting and splicing, and rewiring may be required. This item does not come with light bulbs, or instructions on how to install.
