30 of the 50 U.S. States require a front license plate to be displayed and some, like CA, have fines as high as $157.00. I am not saying you have to run a front plate and I realize it's that last thing most Mustang owners want to do. I am only providing you with a solution and 100's of other customers so far like this solution as well.
"Absolutely No Drilling" is required and install/removal can be done in a matter of minutes. Put it on to drive and take it off to show/race. Heck, keep it in your trunk or behind your seat with your plate mounted to it and if you get pulled over, get it out, install it and say you forgot to put it back on after you washed your car last time. 
All the brackets have rubber bumper protection in place, so no metal part of the bracket ever touches the painted portion of the car. They are hand crafted out of architectural grade aluminum, powder coated and come with all stainless steel hardware.

The hand polished version of this bracket may experience minor corrosion if exposed to the outdoor elements for extended periods of time. This license plate bracket has been exposed to temperatures between 30F - 95F, and speeds up to 140mph for a short period of time.
If you do not hand wash your Mustang, remove the bracket prior to entering any automatic rotating brush style car washes.

Chrysler to begin building the next Jeep Grand Cherokee in May
Tue, 30 Mar 2010Chrysler Group will begin building the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee--the first salvo in an effort to restore a product-starved lineup--on May 3, CEO Sergio Marchionne said Tuesday. Marchionne told an industry conference in New York that sales of the redesigned Grand Cherokee will begin in July. Chrysler plans to have 100 percent of its existing lineup refreshed or replaced by the end of 2012, as a wave of new products derived from the alliance with Fiat S.p.A.
Noble M600 arrives

The M600 is going to cost in the region of £200,00, which is a rather large chunk of change more than you’ve had to pay for any Noble to date. Which does tend to suggest that either Noble has lost its marbles, or the M600 offers rather more than previous Nobles.
