If you need to return an item, please message us through Ebay prior to opening a returned item case since in most cases, we can resolve the issue directly with the buyer. 

Details as to why an item is being returned are required

Each part will have tamper tape and/or our company stamp applied to it.  If this tape is damaged or disturbed in any way or if the stamp isn’t visible, a refund will not be issued.

If an item is returned due to the part being faulty, we will email the buyer a pre-paid shipping label, the buyer will ship the part back, and a refund will be issued immediately after the part is received and inspected. 

If a part has to be returned due to incorrect part number purchased or the item doesn’t “fix” the problem the buyer thought it would, then the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item, and a full refund will be issued if the tamper tape hasn’t been disturbed or company stamp is visible.

No restocking fee is ever applied.
