You are bidding/buying one used VW Jetta Mk4 fuel cap. This came off of a 2002 VW Jetta 1.8T Auto gasoline car. This will fit 99.5-05 VW Jetta, Golf, GTI and Passat. This is in very nice used condition and comes with the tether strap and securing plastic pin. The tether strap was stressed tested to insure that it would not break.
