Unit is a direct fit for 1999 Dodge Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 with the 5.9L V8 Engine and Automatic transmission. Will not fit any other years or engines.
Some 99 and newer dodge rams require programming the VIN to turn off the ABS and Brake lights in the dash.

The 3,968 lb. curb weight is very similar to that of the donor car, so performance and economy figures are also similar: 0-60 mph in 4.6 seconds and a top speed limited to 155 mph.
